St. Patricks GAA

On Sunday morning last our U13 team under the charge of Philly Keane and Kevin Boland togged out in Cloneen to play the final of the South Tipp Winter League organised by Johnny Commins.  Their appointments were defending champions Grangemockler and what a treat these two team served up.  St. Pats had won the league stage by a point but on this occasion they were unable to separate the sides.  Level at full time so the game went to extra time but the sides still could not be separated.  Nobody felt the cold with the excitement and the talk after the match was the brilliant performance by our full back Stephen Lawless.  Well done to both teams and we look forward to the replay in the New Year.
