St. Patricks GAA

Our U-12 girls lined out on friday evening 1st july in New Inn to face Ardfinnan in the County ‘D’ Final. After a very composed start our girls found their rhythm and an opening goal by Niamh Keane helped settle things. A very strong run by Caoimhe Ryan lead to a penalty and she duly stepped up and converted same. Niamh added two more before the break to go in at half time leading 2-2 — 0-1.

After the break Caoimhe Ryan added another 1-1. Our defence was outstanding with Sadhbh,Vivienne,Olivia, Shannon, Ruth, Joy,Eimear commanding a solid defence. Our midfield mistros Ciara Horan & Caoimhe  McMenamin worked with our foward line to great effect. Final score 3-3 — 0-1.
