Junior Hurling Semi Final
On this Sunday 25th August our Junior Hurlers play Skeheenarinka in the South Tipp Semi Final in Clonmel Sportsfield at 2.00pm. They played Thurles sarsfields in a challenge game last week to prepare for the semi-final. We wish Colm Dunne a speedy recovery who sustained a head injury in that game. We hope to see plenty of supporters in Clonmel on Sunday.

Minor Hurling
Our minor hurlers Anner Gaels played Cahir in the minor championship on Monday evening last. After a strong start from Anner Gaels, Cahir fought back and won the game by 2 points. This is a game that our lads would feel they should have won. They must now win all remaining games to have any chance of reaching the play-off stages. On next Wednesday evening 28th August they play Killenaule at 6.30 in Mullinahone

Anner Park
In the coming week (weather permitting) work will commence to improve the playing surface of the pitch in Cloneen. This will involve the pitch been spiked and a 100 ton of sand been spread on the field to improve drainage. Grass seed will also be stitched in to the surface to improve the sod. This work would not be possible only for funds raised by our lotto. We encourage you to please support our lotto. You can play our lotto from anywhere in the world by clicking on “play lotto” above.
