Co Tipperary GAA Clubs Draw
Congratulations to Donna Meagher of Newtown Drangan on winning €200 in the GAA draw recently.

Under 14 Interdivisional Hurling
Best wishes to Aidan Fitzgerald, Luke Fox and the South Tipperary under 14 hurlers when they play West Tipperary at 11.00 and Mid Tipperary at 12.00 in Dr. Morris Park Thurles on this Saturday 18th March.

Under 12 Football
U12B Clonmel Commercials v St Patrick’s on this Thursday 16th March at 7.30 p.m. in the Poppyfield, Clonmel.
Under 12 D Fethard V St. Patricks on this Sunday 19th March at 1.30pm in Fethard GAA Park.

Under 14 Football
On Sunday last our under 14 footballers defeated Ballingarry by 4-0 to 3-2 in Anner Park Cloneen. The team was: Danny Broderick, Bill Cuddihy, Luke Fox, James Ryan, Eoin Fitzgerald, Jack Cleere, Robbie Noonan, Cian Crannitch, Aidan Fitzgerald, Cathal Foley, Brian O’Halloran, Jamie Brett, James Hogan, Ryan Crannitch, William Cleere, Daithi Hogan.
On this Sunday our under 14 footballers play Clonmel Óg in Ned Hall Park.
Under 16 Football
On Sunday last our under 16 footballers were defeated by Mullinahone on a scoreline of 3-7 to 2-8 in Fethard GAA Park. The team was: Matthew Burke, Matt McCormack, Pat Griffin, Shane Neville, Ciarán Moroney, Peter Wall, Keith Morrissey, Stephen Crotty, Ryan Walsh, Páraic O’Brien, Robert Hackett, Richard Anglim, Tommy O’Brien, Mikey O’Brien, Darragh Hurley, Darragh Hall, Robert Barton. This weekend our under 16 footballers play Ballingarry in Fethard GAA Park.

Co Hurling League Our Junior hurlers played their first game of the Year last Sunday against Rockwell Rovers in New Inn. Unfortunately we came up just short in the end and lost on a scoreline of 2-6 to 0-10. The team was: John Moroney, Jason Hayes, Colm Dunne, Paddy Moroney, Shane Gorey, Nicky Kearney, Cathal Mahony, Brendan Gleeson, Marcus O Halloran, Aaron Cronin, Tony O’Brien, Aidan Buckley, Mark Slattery, Mark Mullally, Keelan O’Neil, Robbie Meagher, Conor Gorey.
Co Football League Our Junior Footballers play their first game of the year this Sunday in Ballylooby at 12.00 when the opposition will be Ballylooby-Castlegrace.
Minor Football Championship On this Friday 17th March our minor footballers play their first game of 2017 in Davin Park Carrick On Suir at 12:00 against Kilsheelan-Kilcash.
Under 21 Football Championship On Saturday last our under 21 footballers were defeated by Moyle Rovers on a score of 3-19 to 1-5. The team was Charlie Manton, Ciarán Mockler, Joey Noonan (Captain), Jesse McCormack, Conor Gorey, Jody Sheehan, Alex O’Donovan, Aidan Buckley, Paul Moloney, Jack Ward, Tommy Anglim, Jack Purcell, Darren Boland, Eoin O’Donovan, Jamie Broderick, Michael Boland, Nathan Costin, Cameron Moynihan, Liam Quigley, Nial Doocey, Tom Condon. We now await the result of the Moyle Rovers/Clonmel Commercials game to know our fate.
St. Patricks Fun Run/Walk St Patricks GAA Club will hold a Fun Run on this St Patricks Day. It will start in Drangan Community Centre and will finish at the Clubhouse in Cloneen. Registration will be from 12.00 at the Hall in Drangan with the Run due to start at 12:30. The cost will be €10 per person or €20 for a family.
GAA Membership Fees GAA Membership Fees are now due and should be paid to Club Registrar Micheál Broderick, Treasurer Colm Duggan, Assistant Treasurer Eamon Murphy or Secretary Catherine Mockler. Adult fee is €50 with a reduction to €25 for under 18s, Students or Senior Citizens. All membership fees must be paid before Friday 31st March.
Club Players Association We would ask all players, officers and supporters to register with the CPA as we try and get a proper GAA Calender and fixture list that benefits Club Players. Registration is free, only takes a minute and can be done at .Re
